Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Custom or made-to-order items may take 5-10 business days to process before shipping.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time
We offer Standard, Expedited, and Express Shipping options. Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days, while Expedited and Express options deliver within 2-5 business days and 1-3 business days, respectively.
Shipping costs vary based on the weight of the order and delivery location. Additional charges may apply for expedited and express shipping services.
We also offer free shipping for orders above RM500.
3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to MALAYSIA. International shipping may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress through our courier partner’s website.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos and order details for assistance.
6. Address Changes & Undeliverable Packages
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees may apply.
