- Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for exchange.
2. Exchange Process

- Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days with photos as proof.
- We will arrange a free replacement or offer an alternative solution.
4. Items Not Eligible for Exchange
- Custom or personalized items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products that show signs of use or damage after delivery.
