1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Items can be exchanged within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Custom-made, personalized, or clearance items are not eligible for exchange.

2. Exchange Process

  • To request an exchange, please contact our support team at chic-unique106@outlook.com  with your order number and reason for exchange.
  • Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • After receiving and inspecting the item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days with photos as proof.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or offer an alternative solution.

4. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Products that show signs of use or damage after delivery.
